I completed my degree in Mathematics & Stats in 2021 and completed my A-Levels in Mathematics (A) and Physics (B). I gained in depth knowledge in areas like Calculus, Algebra, Geometry, Stats - essential areas for success from Year 6 through to GCSE Maths. I gained in depth knowledge in areas such as Forces and Motion, Energy, Power, Waves, Light, Electricity, Magnetism, Space - essential areas for success from Year 6 through to GCSE Physics. My solid academic background is complemented by experience from my previous job, where I trained both internally and clients in a variety of topics. This teaching role developed my adaptable approach, patience and clarity in explaining complex concepts, which I now bring to my maths and physics tutoring.

Tutoring Experience

I specialise in helping students from Year 6 to GCSE level, guiding them through each topic and ensuring they not only understand the material, but also gain the confidence to excel. Whether its exam preparation, building foundational skills or tackling tricky concepts, I am here to support your child every step of the way.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach depends on each student's individual needs. I offer student centred learning, where the lessons will be tailored to the student's individual learning style, strengths and areas of difficulty. The learning will be active, so students can engage actively with the material rather than passively listening, We will have interactive problem solving and real life examples. I will give regular feedback and homework, to highlight areas for improvement, whilst acknowledging strengths. And last, but not least, I will encourage an open environment when students feel comfortable to ask questions and explore.
