I am a family person with two children living in Coventry and currently teaching in a local comprehensive secondary school. I am a highly educated, friendly and experienced teacher with huge love and respect for the profession. I am offering my services on-line as well as on one-to-one basis in the evenings and weekends.
I always had a passion for teaching. After completing my PhD from the University of Warwick, I decided to fulfil my enthusiasm and joined the highly respected profession of teaching after completing my training. I have been teaching for about 5 years now and the love for teaching keeps on getting stronger and stronger.
I have gained teaching experience in a few comprehensive secondary schools in and around the Coventry area. The work experience and training has enabled me to develop my teaching skills very quickly to a high standard.
I have experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 specifications and Chemistry to A-Level.
I believe in teaching with respect and dignity and teach in an environment in which pupils feel comfortable to ask questions. I always encourage pupils to push themselves and make full use of their potential. I believe in pupils taking full responsibility of their learning with confidence and thorough understanding. I think it is important that pupils should have a methodical approach to problem solving with clear understanding of the underlying concepts. This approach certainly improves the confidence which would lead them to become excellent independent learners. I always aim to explains the concepts through interactive strategies such as questioning, quizzes, demos etc.
