Marilu is an excellent tutor, you can tell straight away she has a lot of experience teaching the Italian language. She will correct mistakes and find the right exercises to help grasp a concept (and remember it) but at the same time keeping it fun and light-hearted so it it isn’t ever daunting. I would recommend Marilu to anyone wanting to learn Italian.

Ive booked 10 lessons with Marilu and have found it enjoyable but tough at the same time. Im planning to do 12 to 18 months with her as she has helped me so much in the first month alone. Marilu' has been a great help for my daughter in preparation for her Italian GCSE exam. Marilu' has focused on the areas my daughter needed more support on and gave her the confidence to sit her exams and perform at the best of her ability. I would definitely recommend.

Maria is a fantastic teacher and she has really helped me develop my Italian. She always shares useful resources and materials that have enormously helped me develop my fluency and understanding of the language. She also picks up on areas where I might need to improve to make those the areas of focus for a lesson and gives me advice on how to prepare for the following session. She doesn't make me feel bad when I make mistakes, she encourages me to speak up when I don't fully understand something, and the learning environment is always warm, friendly, and supportive. I would definitely recommend Maria to anybody who wants to learn or develop their Italian skills, I couldn't have asked for a better teacher!
