I am a native French speaker from Bordeaux in the South West of France. I have studied in France (University Michel de Montaigne) and the USA (Berkeley, California). I moved to London in 2007 to work as a Foreign Language Assistant and I have not stopped teaching and tutoring since.
I am a fully qualified French native teacher, with over 12 years experience teaching in an outstanding London school and tutoring. I have also worked as an examiner for a UK exam board and I have a master's degree with a teaching French as a foreign language specialism and a PGCE.
I specialise in teaching Y10 and Y11 (KS4) as well as Y12 and Y13 (KS5). I can help students prepare efficiently for their French exams (IGCSE, GCSE, Alevel).
I can also teach younger students who want to build their confidence from Y7, Y8 and Y9.
Every lesson will be engaging and include listening, reading, writing and speaking. Learning materials will be provided and sent by email after each lesson.
I will assess level and learning needs and devise a programme to support progress.
Homework support is also available.
I will help students gain confidence in their language lessons and ensure that they do well in their exams and reach their full potential in French!
