Mark has been working with my son on his A level Chemistry for just over a month. He has been extremely reliable, knowledgeable and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Unfortunately, my daughter only had one Chemistry lesson with Mark due to her other commitments.

Mark was enthusiastic and encouraging towards my daughter who is taking A level Chemistry. However I think A level Chemistry is not his strongest level and we parted after a single lesson.

Unfortunately Mark was unable to provide the engineering maths our son needed on the initial visit.
Mark identified he would not be suitable to tutor him

So far, we’ve just had a few sessions with Mark, but all good and heading in the right direction! Thank you

Mark is one of the most excellent and most knowledgeable tutors to have. I have got a good grade in BTEC Aeronautical Engineering thanks to him.

Mark has helped our son get back on track with his Chemistry A’Level during the summer break.
Under Mark’s tuition our son’s mock grade improved from a ‘D’ to an ‘B’ which is outstanding .

Mark is very prompt in responding to questions, has set our son past paper questions, helped him answer them and helped him make a head start on this years syllabus.

Very happy, my daughter feels very comfortable with Mark.
He’s very patient, calm, helps her discover the answers - prompting her to explore how maths works which boosts her confidence.

Absolutely amazing tutor. He has the ability to connect to the student immediately and make them feel at ease. His style of teaching using an A3 sheet of paper on which he explained a topic from beginning to end was so excellent. My son was able to use this again and again when revising. Mark always spent as much time as was necessary to complete the topic he was teaching before leaving. There are not many tutors out there that are as dedicated as Mark. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Our son has been having weekly Maths A level lessons with Mark and as he feels it has been so beneficial we have extended the lessons to twice a week.

Very quick replies! Met him for brief arrangements, free of charge, and was pleased that he is confident about what he does with reviews and results to show for. Can't wait for my sons lessons to start.

Mark certainly knows what he is talking about, his subject knowledge can't be faulted. My son however did not get on with Mark and so we stopped the arrangement.

Mark's personal style and charisma were the ideal match for my son's needs. Mark was able to help us turn around what looked like a potential disaster when it came to the AS exams into creditable grades which can be built on to apply for the university courses hoped for. Mark was able to help George not only with all the necessary academic information and coaching but also had a significant effect on improving his self confidence. I would gladly reccommend Mark.

Mark is a cracking tutor! Not only does he clearly have an excellent knowledge base, but he is also strong in building relationships with his students. One of my students is studying his entire A Level Maths subjects at home and we have Mark as tutor. My 18 year old son is enjoying his A2 physics tutoring. Dr Judges is particularly focusing on exam technique which my son is struggling with. The sessions have been consistent and reliable. I have appreciated the feedback as a Parent which I have found to be insightful and focussed.
