English specialist, currently preparing many student for their Summer 2023 GCSE examinations. I have experience in teaching both language and literature, covering a variety of texts. Approaches and resources will be tailored to individual learners and their needs.

Tutoring Experience

Over the past few years I have worked in a range of schools, dealing with learners from all walks of life and of all different abilities. I have experience teaching learners ranging from 11-18 covering KS3, GCSE and A Level.

Tutoring Approach

I feel that when it comes to an approach it is important to tailor it to the learner. Each child learns differently and I feel it is important to deliver information in a way that makes it easy for learners to digest and retain. I feel that an approach can only be developed after speaking to learners and finding out what they need help with and what type of resources would benefit them personally.
