We engaged with Melissa in October 2023 to help our Son, who was struggling with gaps in content, retaining knowledge and A-level psychology exam technique.
Melissa quickly assessed what was needed and put into place a weekly programme to cover these areas. Eight months of hard work has got our Son to a significantly higher level. Her preparation and sessions have been challenging but she has always been encouraging and the results are clear to see. Our Son has gone into his first 2 A-Level papers this week with confidence and a belief that he can achieve the grade he needs to secure his University place. Melissa is highly recommended!

Melissa stepped in at very late notice to help my son who was struggling with exam technique. We were drawn to Melissa's profile because of her extensive examining and teaching experience. My son found Melissa's approach very helpful, she was kind and generous with her time, clearly wanting the best for my son. My son was also grateful for the flexibility she showed, in terms of offering sessions to fit around a busy and fluctating school timetable. Melissa's experience as an examiner was especially helpful, as she reviewed my son's essays and provided specific and clear feedback, which was particularly helpful. She also provided additional resources to help him structure his answers/essays, which was much appreciated. We can highly recommend Melissa.

Melissa has been a fabulous A level Psychology tutor for our son Jude. Melissa is very professional, kind and an excellent explainer. It was very hard for me to find a tutor for my son cos he wasn’t keen to get one to one sessions. But when We met Melissa and he get tutoring sessions with her my son started enjoying physcology. Melissa is a great tutor. She gave us very accurate feedback on my son and we are glad to have her to help us. I will 100% recommend Melisa she’s great.
