Michelle has been helping our son with AS level Chemistry and Biology for the past few weeks and we're really impressed with her. My son feels comfortable being taught by Michelle and says she's very pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced and her lessons are well planned. Feel really let down with this tutor!! My daughter had 4 sessions with her for AS chemistry and then tutor said she couldn't do it anymore!! My daughter now totally stressed out with exam so near!
Found another tutor on **Contact Detail Removed** for her and need to purchase the contact details for him now but feel it's unfair that I have to pay £25 again to release his details!!

I have apologised and explained that my 7 month old has been very unwell and I didn't have adequate time to prepare for Charlotte's sessions. I take my tutoring very seriously and I couldn't justify charging for a session that wasn't adequately prepared for. I asked colleagues if they could tutor her, but unfortunately they are all busy. I offered to send her all my course materials for the rest of AS course (despite having done just 4 sessions) but it seems that this gesture and my profuse apology isn't enough. I'm not sure what else to say, other than to assure you that I would never have ended our sessions if it wasn't the only option available to me.
