I’m a qualified and experienced primary educator with a strong background in Early Years and Key Stage 1. I hold a PGCE with QTS from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BSc in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University. I’m passionate about early education and aim to create engaging, supportive learning environments that help children build confidence and essential skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
I have several years of classroom experience across EYFS and KS1 in London schools. I’ve taught phonics using the Read Write Inc programme, supported pupils with a range of SEN needs, and delivered online lessons via Zoom and Google Classroom during school closures. I’ve also led parent workshops in Maths and Phonics and worked as a private tutor, providing one-to-one support tailored to each child's needs.
My teaching approach is child-centred, structured, and responsive to each learner’s style and pace. I believe in building strong, positive relationships to create a safe, encouraging space where pupils feel confident to learn and grow. Whether teaching online or in person, I design clear, engaging lessons that help children make real progress and feel proud of their achievements.
