My path to where I am now (doing my PhD in Building Physics/ Building Services Engineering) has been very dynamic. I started studying Mechanical Engineering and gradually built my way up to Building Services Engineering and Building Physics. And overall, this is how my life is: trying everything until I find what my true calling is.
I like to use practical examples during my tutorials as I am a practical thinker. I use lots of examples from sports and gym as I enjoy these. I frequently go to gym, so I tend work in examples from these into my tutorials.
I like to bake too (not very good at it, but you try until you succeed! :)
I have over 6 years of experience in tutoring and teaching, and I absolutely love it. I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students and have been conducting exams, quizzes, and laboratory experiments.
In addition to teaching experience at university level, I have 2 years of tutoring experience both face to face and online and have taught GCSE and A-Level Physics and Mathematics extensively.
I have also taught buildings engineering subjects and buildings energy modelling software (IES) to undergraduate students. I have delivered around 700 hours of one-to-one tutorials to students since 2023.
I am an experienced and qualified A-level and GCSE Maths and Physics tutor. I am most suitable for students who wish to significantly increase their grades with lots of resources, practice papers and support. I also offer other subjects such as Building Physics, Buildings Energy Modelling at university level. I provide high quality teaching, learning assessment giving appropriate support to learners to be the best they can be.
I provide online interactive teaching 1-1 and can mark work and prepare notes to help you answer your coursework. Ask me a doubt ten times, and I would still be patient and would come up with new examples to make the concept simpler to understand.
