I’m 24 years old and a Social Science teacher, specifically Psychology and Criminology!! I have a degree in Criminology, am studying for a Masters in Psychology and have QTS.

I am offering both online and in person tutoring for A Level Psychology (AQA Spec) and Criminology (WJEC Spec)

Tutoring Experience

I currently work in a secondary school where I teach both Psychology and Criminology. I am in my third year of teaching and (from what the students tell me!) my lessons are really engaging and use creative methods to grasp new topics. I teach a range of abilities which has helped push my teaching into an inclusive approach and tailor my teaching for each students needs.

My expertise lie in the following topics:
Psychology: Social Influence, Relationships, Approaches and Research Methods

With a degree in Criminology and currently teaching it at A Level (WJEC Spec) I can also offer tutoring for that.

Tutoring Approach

Firstly I need to understand how best you learn and what methods you find the most useful. Each of my sessions will include the same things such as exam question practice and retrieval tasks but I tailor my approaches to suit you.

Exam Questions are the best way (although you may hate them) to learn - you may understand everything really well but if you can't answer the question properly then you're stuck! Don't worry we will make them more enjoyable and by the end of our sessions you'll have them nailed :)
