I am disappointed with the way Mohammed has handled teaching my son the computer science . Initially, things were fine, but my son began expressing frustration, that he received excessive criticism and felt discouraged. Mohammed consistently conveyed that my son was considered weak, despite this being his first time my son studying computer science in college. Notably, he performed well in the mock exam.In school he was a good student and he got 4-5-6- 9 in GSCE.

Despite my efforts to maintain a positive dialogue, I requested additional support for my son, such as exam practice, but Mohammed explained he couldn't due to perceived academic weakness. Today, I was surprised by a message stating he won't continue teaching my son (without mentioning his name, he said this student ) and that he had done his part. This left my son's academic situation in jeopardy.

I am dismayed by Mohammed's approach towards my son and his communication with me. It raises questions about his role as a responsible and competent teacher. Is it not the teacher's responsibility to guide and understand students, especially those who may need extra assistance? If he expects only high-performing students, why they will need a private tutor in the first place

I only spent few weeks with this student and after first lesson I realized that student knowledge is not more than a 5 to 6 grade student. I informed parents but they kept persisting me to take lessons. After few lessons mother started pushing me to start doing past papers which was impossible because I was repeating the same content despite me being so hard working with the student, I was feeling student is not doing revision at all. I also informed this to parents but no positive response. Parents were completely ignorant of everything because they even didn't know when their son is going to appear in exam. When I asked, got the reply we are busy in our own PhD and don't know about it. I personally do not take the name of students because I think its a direct attack on them and its much better to say student. Many a times, mother accepted that she is afraid her son will not be successful in exam that's why I should start taking more lessons per week which is point less because student was not able to absorb only one lesson per week. When I realized its not going well, I myself ask them to search for a new tutor. But its very disappointing that parents only want to see the one side of the picture.
When they had so many issues with me, why they kept persisting me to continue and suddenly all the problems are mentioned in a feedback when I myself finally said no to continue because of hypothetical expectations of parents.
Its true that private tutors are not for high-performing students but tutors also don't have magical power and they need time. They can't make your child capable to solve past papers in 3 or 4 weeks of journey, even high-performing students can't do this.

My son has been enjoying Urdu lessons with Mohammed. He is a Great teacher and has tailored the lessons to his needs and explains things very clearly and is kind and patient. I have been pleased with how many words my son has learnt as a beginner. I strongly recommend Mohammed to anyone who would like to learn another language.

My son is in year 5 and received 3 marks from attaining greater depth. His had three lessons from Muhammad and we are really happy with his progress In English. What’s good, is Muhammad also specialist in Maths. My son looks forward to his tutoring sessions and we are looking forward to receiving support for year 6 and beyond.

respectful, however responses are slow. Availability wasn't preferable.

Completely disagree with the comment that the responses are slow or there are any availability issues. It was less a case of misunderstanding but more of misleading. So the actual truth is that the student didn’t even discuss with me that he is interested just in one class only at the day of exam when he is appearing for exam. What I understood from his conversation, he was interested to have me in the exam to solve the questions because when I asked to arrange a class before the exam, though I was not told about such strict timings and date before, he himself was not interested in that. If I knew it before why I would accept the request. If the actual truth is kept hidden from the teacher, such things will happen. But still I feel bad for this because I am very responsible and committed to my work.
