I have been practicing law for the last couple of years. Before putting myself into legal practice I undertook series of core professional courses, primarily the Bar Professional Training Course and became a Barrister. My insatiable thirst for legal knowledge and learning didn’t stop me for getting excellence in the field of law. To that end in mind I was pleased to get membership in The Honourable Society of the Lincoln’s Inn located in the legal heart of London at an arms length from the Royal Court of Justice. This is indeed one of the esteemed and prestigious Inn’s of Court.
I have been teaching the law students and primarily the students who are doing the bar course, BTC, the Bar Training Course or BPTC, the Bar Professional Training Course. I have almost two years experience of teaching Civil & Criminal Litigation and Evidence and Professional Ethics. I have guided, taught and helped almost 50 students in these two years and the feedback and results are extremely satisfying and very excellent. All my students, they are from different providers, pass their exams with very good grades in their first attempt in the centralised exams of Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation conducted and regulated by the Bar Standard Board.
It varies from student to student.. But generally my tutorials are more interactive and discussion based. Since in professional courses such as Bar Training Course, the students are expected to answer the questions involving complex factual and legal structures, therefore, my approach of teaching is based on analytical and systematic reasoning. My exam techniques when it comes to solving Single Best Answers(SBA), the unique in its form and breed as compared to Multiple Choice Question(MCQ), are extremely instrumental in such like questions. With my vast experience I have developed various techniques and strategies to approach these rather difficult questions.. My slogan is Legal Education with difference.. since I have a different approach, different methods, different strategies and different mechanism to comprehensively deal with these professional exams.
