Tutoring Experience

I have been a maths teacher for 5 years now and I have been tutoring for over 10 years. I have experience with the Edexcel maths curriculum however, other exam boards are welcome too.

Tutoring Approach

I get students to fill a spreadsheet about what they think they know. Then I start with topics they are finding hard and/or what they are doing at school. I do one on one sessions with things students are finding hard and then going through those questions with them. I will give them work to do over the week and then check their progress quarterly.
