I am a friendly tutor who understands the struggles and anxiety of the average student - Exams can be daunting, especially when they can determine which university you go to. As someone with an offer to study Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London, my goal is to use my expertise in physics and mathematics at low prices to ensure that students can excel and realize their potential regardless of their background.

Tutoring Experience

The first experience of teaching I had was in school, where I would help my classmates with difficult questions using a step-by-step method. Many felt that this approach allowed them to understand mathematical and physical concepts easily and their performance improved. This, along with my prior achievements, lead to my school asking me to lead a workshop for students on how to be a successful Year 13 student.

Tutoring Approach

I like to approach teaching by breaking down problems into smaller pieces to make concepts more understandable. I use real life analogies to explain my thought process and understanding, simplifying the problem into a familiar context. This combined with carefully explaining each step of the problem allows me to ensure students thoroughly understand the problems and knowledge required for it. I also ask students questions about the topic at hand to get a grasp of their knowledge level to efficiently fill in the gaps in their learning.
