Naomi

My name is Naomi and I have recently completed a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course.

I also studied a MSc in Psychology at the University of East London. My undergraduate degree was History and Sociology at the University of Manchester.

I am happy to tutor English as a foreign language and can provide help in Psychology, History and Sociology.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked a lot with people both informally and formally. I was first tutoring 3 years ago and I miss teaching! I have recently completed a TEFL course and looking into tutoring again.

Tutoring Approach

Confidence is key! I provide a teaching service which very much focuses on the individual and their needs.

One of the most important aspects of tutoring is to build confidence and self esteem.

I am patient and try to create a trusting and open environment where my tutee feels that they ask any questions or go over things that they do not understand.
