Nathan is an inspiring history tutor to my son who is finishing Year 12. Despite us engaging Nathan since only April 2024, he worked hard to prepare my son for threshold exams, by having him do practice essays following discussions on analytical frameworks. My son felt more confident going into threshold exams with Nathan's support. With the exams out of the way, Nathan has focused on University Application related support - giving my son ideas as to how to use his current skillsets to improve his standing as a Uni admission applicant. Nathan's level of engagement with my son, has been very motivating for him. Nathan is flexible and accommodating with his availability. Clear invoicing at the end of the month. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Nathan's lessons are very helpful. For every topic i had, Nathan had a list of events that help to memorize all the events and dates. Since I was doing CIE new module without any past papers available online, Nathan created past papers himself, which were very useful. His lessons are designed for the needs of students, so if you need to work specifically on some parts of writing, Nathan is the one that will help you.

Communication was prompt and informative. We will definitely use Nathan again should we need further booster lessons.

We looked for a tutor for our son taking A level History. He wasn't that engaged with his college work and time was getting short. He worked online with Nathan once or twice a week for the last 3 months before exams and he definitely helped with his confidence and understanding. He ended up doing well.

Nathan tutored my younger daughter in Philosophy and we were both very pleased with him. He was easy to work with and responded promptly in all correspondence. My older daughter may need some tutoring help as well and I will be contacting Nathan again!

I contracted Nathan to help my son with his A Level AQA Philosophy course. In particular to start writing - something he was very resistent to - and increase his confidence with understanding the content. As an online solo learner, this was something he really needed. Nathan has done a wonderful job.

In a few short weeks he has helped my son learn how to respond to exam questions, get to grips with the course content and given him the self-belief to know he will pass his exams - and likely with a very good grade. This was something he would have thought totally impossible before.

Nathan is an amazing History teacher, He really understood my daughters weaknesess and personal goals and worked with her to develop all the skills she needed by using interactive and useful examples. My daughter was very nervous and anxious with her revision, Nathan’s friendly and engaging manner put her at ease from the onset. He was also a tremendous help with her coursework and was available day or night to answer questions and provide guidance on exam techniques and preparation especially with essay writing skills.

Nathan is a good tutor, but he's not be able to teach me for a while

Nathan is such a positive person and makes an A* at History A level feel not just fun but also, crucially, attainable.
Nathan has been invaluable in my preparation for History A level as my teachers at school simply cannot cope with the level of marking which Nathan marks (at no extra cost than tuition sessions) which is necessary to achieve the A*.

Nathan has been tutoring my son in A level History for the past few weeks and my son has already gained so much from the lessons. The lessons are via Zoom which works perfectly and my son's enthusiasm for the subject is returning with Nathan's engaging and inspiring teaching. Nathan was an excellent teacher, and has helped me massively improve my English and written communication. I have always struggled with English, however Nathan talked me through the mark scheme for each question and how to write the perfect answer. From there I just changed my answers to suit the question and it suddenly became easy. I did not have any issues with his teaching and found it enjoyable and entertaining, as well as informative and EXTREMELY helpful. I would definitely recommend.
