Nathan's Feedback

Nathan has been a massive help to my daughter, she was really struggling in Year 12 and was at risk of having to leave her A Level course, in a few short weeks he managed to get her from averaging a U to a Grade C, he is now teaching her in Year 13 and she is building on the progress made already with his support.

We were delighted to find Nathan at a critical point in our daughters A level philosophy . He was particularly helpful in evaluating the arguments and helping her build her confidence with handling the material in essays.
We would happily recommend Nathan to any student seeking to make sense of complex theories and develop their thinking.

Over the course of my sessions with Nathan, I’ve noticed a substantial improvement in my grades, and my confidence in philosophy is much higher. My sessions with Nathan are always engaging, and I feel like learning in our sessions is so easy. Nathan is very good at explaining the subject, and he’s also great at making sure I understand it so that I don’t have any gaps in my knowledge.

We are very happy with Nathan's work, he has shown interest in my son's needs and he always tries to adapt his teaching style to the requirements of my son.

I came to Nathan as a casual learner wanting to explore my interest in Philosophy. He has certainly helped me with this and now I am looking at the possibility of studying Philosophy as an A level with Nathan as my tutor. Regardless of my decision I am certain Nathan will be more than capable of helping me develop my philosophical skills and critical thinking.

Very friendly, extremely patient (which he’s needed to be at times) and exceedingly knowledgeable, I would recommend Nathan to anyone studying Philosophy!

I was looking to improve on my math capability and confidence for a test. Nathan was very friendly and patient. He has a calm and methodical approach to teaching. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their math skills and I would certainly use him again myself in the future.

Nathan has tutored my daughter (aged 14) over the summer holidays to help her fill her understanding gaps, gain confidence, consolidate her work and create a good platform to commence her GCSE course. Can't fault him! Our maths request was a little bit outside the box but Nathan spent his time checking it to ensure he understood our requirements fully and could add value.
We're three lessons in and couldn't be happy with him as our son's tutor.
