I have obtained a BSc Mathematics degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Following my degree, I trained to become a teacher of Mathematics of outstanding qualities.
I worked for Kumon, a private educational establishment, for almost 2 years as a classroom assistant. I worked within the Maths and English programmes with children ranging from 4-16 years.
I have worked as a cover supervisor in many schools across the Midlands before training to become a teacher.
Now, a qualified teacher, I work in a outstanding secondary school as a teacher of Mathematics.
The approach I use is of a very calm and patient nature. I like to help students with problems that they specifically voice and then make a decision following this of how to help the student. I have observed from previous experiences that not all students understand concepts through the same techniques, therefore I am able to provide diverse methods and techniques that are tailored to the individual.
