My teaching approach has always been based around two essential ideas - organisation and enthusiasm. Organisation to ensure that lessons offer a range of activities that extend student learning. Enthusiasm to ensure that I can pass on my subject knowledge in an effective manner. Safeguarding would also be a priority.
