I am a postgraduate Law student with an academic background in History. I was taught in the GCSE/A Level system and am very familiar with requirements for achieving highly it. I have enjoyed studying history from a young age and believe it is essential to teach it in such a way that it remains exciting while also addressing the more fiddly aspect of essay writing.
During my degree studies, I frequently presented information to fellow students and lecturers, and enjoy the process of explaining and clarifying new topics. I have experience working with children in an English language camp in Germany and have developed a patient, methodical style, while also keeping things from becoming too formal.
I am looking for students who wish to hone the craft of writing convincing essays while not letting this become too laborious a task and thus ruin their enjoyment of the subject. I believe in ensuring that students understand how research and essay writing skills will be transferable to further study or employment.
