Nick

My name is Nick. In 2017, I completed my MA in US Studies: History and Politics at UCL. Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Sheffield. I offer lessons in history and politics.

I can give lessons to anyone from Secondary School level to undergraduate level. If you need help writing coursework, are struggling with a particularly challenging concept, or need help devising a strategy for revision, I'm the tutor for you.

Tutoring Experience

During my degree study, I volunteered as a classroom assistant in Sheffield schools, assisting pupils with their history coursework and examination preparation. I have also helped friends on an ad hoc basis, reviewing their coursework for university.

Tutoring Approach

My approach depends entirely on the student and how they best learn. I firmly believe that there is no 'one size fits all' approach to the study of any subject. History is as much about knowledge as it is about technique and I can help students with either.
