Elizabeth Nicola's Feedback

We started looking for a tutor because our 8 year old son was struggling with maths at school and our attempts to help him with school work backfired as he was becoming increasingly frustrated with our expectations and the pressure to catch up quickly. We decided to get someone external involved to try a different approach. Nicky has now tutored Ruben for a couple of months but we already see that his performance at school is improving as is his overall confidence with the subject. Nicky seems to have the right balance of friendliness and substantive learning and Ruben is always looking forward to his weekly session with her. We look forward to continuing with Nicky from September onwards in preparation for the 11+ exams.

Elizabeth (Nicky) has been amazing for my 2 girls. She massively helped my eldest daughter get an A++ in her GCSE's and is now teaching her A Level Maths in Lower 6th. My youngest daughter is just starting GCSE's and is heavily dyslexic. She was in the bottom group in her school in year 8 and is now in the second top group. Nicky's friendly nature has really helped my daughter get engaged.in Maths. I really appreciate the work she has done…

Early days but so far so good. Nicola is firm but kind and knows her stuff. Daughter likes her and already feels more confident (3rd week)

Lola loves Nicky. It's only be 4 lessons, but I believe it's going well.

Nicky is an excellent teacher and I fully recommend her services if looking for a GCSE or A level maths tutor. Nicky is also a lovely and kind person.

So far, my experience with Elizabeth has been good. Her methods are clear, concise and broken down well for my understanding. We work at a good pace and she is very helpful in my revision leading up to GCSEs.

Really pleased that Nicola is engaged with my son's GCSE needs, and is patient in explaining things.

Georgia already appears to have a good rapport with Nicky, despite only a few lessons in.
Nicky is very patient with her, which is important as Georgia struggles with Maths, and has poor confidence in the Subject.
She encourages Georgia, and nutures her well in the subject, I hear them laughing together, not something I've ever seen Georgia doing with a Maths teacher before!!!! I look forward to Georgia making progress with the subject in the future lessons, as she has only recently started with Nicky .

Elizabeth came to our house to tutor my daughter for a trial and they had a good session together. She was clear with her methods and patient. We didn’t continue as my daughter is now getting help through school which is easier for us. But thank you very much Elizabeth!

My teenager boy is not very cooperated within the lesson, so we both agreed that we will not continued the lessons, Sorry!

Elizabeth is currently working with my year 8 daughter assisting with maths. Elizabeth is a professional, reliable and punctual tutor. She is able to explain things to my daughter in a way that she is understanding. Elizabeth is very prompt and immediately settles into teaching. Very pleased to have found her and happy to recommend her.

Nicola was great with my son.

She was consistent and helpful.

Unfortunately we had to make some changes that meant we could not continue but she was so helpful when we had the lessons.

My 10 year old son has so far had a couple of sessions with Nicky which he has found very helpful in increasing his understanding of topics he finds tricky. Nicky is friendly and good at explaining methods.

Nicola is helping our son with his GCSE maths. She is proving to be invaluable in supporting his work at School, he looks forward to the lessons, Nicola is able to engage with him and is helping greatly.

Nicola has been very helpful in preparing me for my As-Level maths exam. I have learned useful tackticks that have helped me improve my grade significantly and also speed my thinking process. I very much recommender her because my improvement is incredible and only after a few lessons.

For my daughter English is a second language that's why I am very pleased and nicely surprised she made a huge progress thanks to Nicola. Now we no longer afraid about 11+ exam.

Nicola has proved very helpful in tutoring me as a mature student in order to gain the neccesary maths skills needed for an exam that I was requied to sit with only a very short revision period. I have succesfully passed this exam and wish to thank Nicola for all her help.

Many thanks for helping Reece with his extra tuition, he found that he understood the mock papers alot easier and has improved his marks. Looking forward to the results in August.
