I'm an enthusiastic Geography teacher, who lives in Hitchin. I love the subject and enjoy helping students understand the basics, or push for a higher grade. I have many years of experience in helping students who are preparing for their examinations, with revision, using mind maps, diagrams, key words, mneumonics and memory techniques. I can also help A-level students with essay-writing for longer-answer exam questions. For younger learners, I can bring Geography to life with lots of fun teaching ideas, including mind movies.
I have 15 years teaching experience. I currently teach Geography to students aged 11-18 at a school near Ware. As a teacher I have always had very good results both at GCSE and A level. I also examine for the exam boards at GCSE so have lots of experience of marking papers.
I ensure that I tailor each lesson to the individual student and will prepare my lessons accordingly. Each lesson is planned according to the student's level, ability and interests.
