For a decade I was Head of Classics at an award-winning prep school in Somerset - now, my focus is on delivering bespoke tuition to those who haven't yet reached their full potential. I am passionate about teaching - and love helping people get their head around things that are difficult to understand, like Latin!

Tutoring Experience

I studied Advanced Latin modules at University College London, undertaking paid research in Latin manuscripts, and translating unpublished Latin texts. After this, I took up a teaching post in Wales and then became Head of Classics at an award-winning prep school in Somerset.

Tutoring Approach

I don't believe in imposing my own approach onto those I'm teaching. The best teachers find an approach that works for their students - and that's always been my modus operandi (way of operating!)
