I have over 30 years of experience of teaching French and Spanish. I can offer lessons in both languages to GCSE and A level. I am passionate about languages and have a long track record of successful results.
In addition to teaching languages to all levels from ages 11 to 18, I have also held positions of leadership including second in department, head of Spanish and head of department.
My approach is to adapt to the needs of the learner. My lessons focus on acquisition of knowledge of the language through deliberate practice. I merge practice and retrieval and focus on specific strategies to deal with a variety of question types to ensure successful outcomes in examinations.
