My son was very pleased with just one lesson. Paul was very knowledgeable and hopefully, my son should flourish under his guidance.

From a predicted Grade 4 in English Language to achieving a Grade 7! Thank you Paul, absolutely brilliant exam result.

Paul is currently tutoring my son for his forthcoming GCSE's. I have seen my son grow in confidence and understanding of the subject since the tutoring has started. He enjoys the sessions as Paul makes them interesting and focused, particularly concentrating on areas of weakness in the subject areas, which has definitely made a difference during his recent mock exams.

(Update: my daughter today has been awarded 9 for BOTH English Literature and English Language, this time last year my daughter was getting 5/6 in her mocks, with a year's turoring with Paul she has excelled and now going to do English Literature A Level! Thanks Paul)

Our daughter has been having GCSE English preparation tuition sessions with Paul. The sessions are interactive, and Paul can provide homework tasks on request in preparation for the following session, and also offers the option for her to suggest topics to focus on during their sessions. Our daughter's confidence has grown in this subject, which is great to see. Paul shares useful tips, advice and strategies in preparation for GCSE exams, drawing from his experience of teaching and marking papers for the exam board.

Paul is an excellent tutor. He is friendly, professional and reliable. He put my son at ease immediately and they made progress from day one. Improved his confidence in the subject immensely which not only helped with English but allowed more focus on other subjects. Excellent GCSE result has followed. I would recommend Paul without hesitation.

Paul is tutoring my son in Edexcel GCSE English Language at the moment. He is a fantastic tutor who takes the time and patience to explain certain things to my son. I just wanted to say what a fantastic tutor Paul is. He has supported 3 of my children with different capabilities over the past 2 years in their English studies. This has enabled them to develop into confident and capable students.

Paul tutored my son for about a year in preparation for his English language and literature GCSEs.

Paul has been great with our 12 year old son in helping to develop his writing and language skills. Understanding of what our son needs and engaging in each lesson. The lessons are via Skype and have been just as helpful compared to face to face tutors we have had. Highly recommend!
