I am a University of Oxford graduate now working at a top independent school as a Chemistry teacher. I have worked in academia and research but I am now certain that a career in teaching is right for me.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored for the past 5 years, while I was at university. This experience is what motivated me to take up a career in teaching. My previous students have gone on to study at Oxbridge and on Medicine courses.

Tutoring Approach

I employ a flexible teaching approach, aiming to let the student dictate how the lesson runs. I am happy to create links between topics and test a student’s knowledge thoroughly, ensuring that they get the most out of the sessions. I am friendly and extremely enthusiastic about my subject!
