I turned 23 this year. I've recently been taking time off after my Masters to travel and see a bit of the world. My interest in history exists far beyond the classroom and I take almost every opportunity to explore new historical avenues. Alternatively, when I'm at home, I like to read a great deal and enjoy venturing through various genres.
Up until now, my tutoring experience as exclusively been in an unofficial capacity, helping out friends and acquaitances at various levels of education, ranging from GCSE students to undergraduates.
I like to take a collaborative approach to teaching. Instead of following a model where I simply tell a student what to do I've come to appreciate a more interactive approach, working closely together with the student on tasks and closely assessing their needs, which I can then try to accomodate as best as possible.
