I am a mother of two teenagers. I returned to the UK after teaching abroad. I recently completed a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Currently I am studying for a Diploma in Special Educational Needs. I enjoy running, silver jewellery making and gardening.

Tutoring Experience

I have over 8 years experience of teaching in schools in the UK and abroad. I have taught primary English, Maths, Science and Humanities. Moreover, I have experience of tutoring students face to face and online. I also have experience in teaching phonics and English Literature. Recently I taught EAL students at a secondary school.

My approach is student-centred with a view to catering to the learning needs of the student. I have a kind and patient manner where I can make the student feel comfortable and positive about their learning.
