Tutoring Experience

While I’m still gaining formal experience in tutoring, I have a strong foundation in Biology through my current studies in Medicine and previous Biomedical Science degree, and I’m passionate about helping others understand and enjoy the subject.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is student-centered and adaptable. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my sessions to suit each individual’s style, whether that involves visual aids, discussion-based learning, or breaking down complex topics into manageable steps. One aspect I place particular importance on is the application of knowledge to exam questions. Understanding the material is only part of the journey; being able to confidently apply that knowledge in an exam setting is crucial for success. I regularly incorporate practice questions and exam techniques into my sessions to help students build confidence, identify areas for improvement, and develop the skills needed to perform well under pressure.
