Hello, I'm Rhona a qualified Biology teacher currently on a career break to look after my son. I love spending time outdoors with my family and dog, Skye.

I have over three years experience in teaching/ tutoring Biology, specifically the National 5 and Higher Biology course. I have also taught Biology, Physics and Chemistry at a junior level.(S1-S2).

I believe tutoring should personalised, planned and flexible. I will endeavour to personalise my tutoring sessions to meet the varying needs, and skill sets of each individual, which in turn builds confidence and accelerates learning. We will plan future sessions together so there is clear direction and focus but there will always be flexibility to go at the pace that is necessary and deviate from the plan when applicable. Finally, I think learning should fun and I'm very passionate about Biology and this will will be at the core of my tutoring approach.
