I have lived in Somerset for thirty years but was also born and brought up here. I have taught in Cheddar and Crewkerne for the longest times but have also worked for many years as a tutor. I am a keen gardener and painter.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught for thirty years in the State system and in special needs schools. For most of that time I was an ordinary English teacher teaching KS3, GCSE and A level pupils in both English Language and Lit.

I am a very firm believer in making lessons enjoyable. Engagement is a key feature.
