Robert's Feedback

Robert has been fantastic with my daughter through year 12. Nothing is ever too much trouble, including supporting her when she is 'stuck' on her homework outside of sessions, reviewing college work she has completed (including providing feedback), and going beyond the hour allocated to sessions where needed. He is laser focussed on the curriculum while also talking through recent topical events, which really helps to spark interest and curiosity. He is always flexible when changes need to be made to sessions, and provides feedback regularly to parents. My daughter lacked confidence at the beginning of the year and is now predicted an A/A* and is considering Politics and IR at university - I believe Robert has played a key role here. Highly recommend.

Robert is quite simply brilliant! He is helping our son in both History and Politics for his A-Levels. Robert not only has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both subjects but he also has a lot of time for our son (and I know this goes for each and every tutee). He lets our son lead each session with the issues / questions that he has so that our son is very engaged and gets a lot out of each session. Within a couple of sessions, Robert has restored passion and confidence in our son in both subjects and that has not gone unnoticed by his teachers. We couldn't be happier. Robert is also fantastic to deal with: ultra polite, dead on time every single time and extremely pleasant to talk to. An absolute gem!

Robert is an outstanding tutor . He is professional , experienced as well as flexible . He not only tutored but also mentored my son , which is rare in today’s time . My son has thrived under his tutelage and scored straight As in both History and Politics in his A-levels this year, and is still receiving his guidance in his university education. I will highly recommend Robert for his sincerity and commitment to providing high quality support for his tutee.

Robert has a genuine passion for History and a wealth of experience about both teaching and examinations. My son instantly commented on his enthusiasm and formed a good relationship, which enabled him to get the most out of each session. Robert was also prepared to go above and beyond when needed. My son is now studying History at university and will be continuing to benefit from sessions with Robert online when needed.
