I am a recently retire University lecturer - I ended my full-time employment in Jan 2024.
I have 13 years experience teaching in English secondary schools. I taught all age groups up to A Level. From 1990 - '2024 I was employed as a Senior Lecturer at Edge Hill University, Ormskirk, Lancs L39 4QP.
I have also worked as a GCSE examiner for the last 30 years and continue to operate in this role.
My approach is to focus on understanding and to link that to the framing of effective course-work and examination answers.
