Experienced in teaching for every exam board for GCSE and ALevels and I am a GCSE Examiner for both English Literature and Language.

I write the 11+ Entrance Examinations for my school, assessing and interviewing potential students and losing with the headteacher of our prep school. With over 16 years of experience teaching from KS2 to A-Level/Oxbridge entry for all exam boards, I have excellent exam results and I have never had a student not achieve their target grade. I have a solid in-depth knowledge of exam criteria and how to help students achieve.

I am extremely kind, friendly and approachable, and personalise learning so that every student's needs are met. I think a sense of humour and kindness goes a very long way when working with students and I enjoy tailoring lessons to personalise learning so they increase in confidence!

From experience, I know the importance of getting to know students on a personal level to overcome any barriers in order for you to achieve. I will tailor lessons to suit your individual needs and provide consistent feedback to guarantee you know exactly what you need to do to improve.

For online sessions, I create personalised resources and powerpoints, send you any preparation materials before the sessions and resources used in our sessions afterwards for you to keep and refer back to.
