I have a PhD in Materials Engineering. I have also completed my BSc and MSc in the same field which during them I have had lectures on Math, physics and chemistry.
I am also happy to carry out tutoring for Materials Science and Engineering modules (such as thermodynamics, physical chemistry, surface engineering and heat treatment, corrosion, etc.) for undergraduate and postgraduate studying in the Materials Science filed.
I am a patience guy and don’t mind going over things many times using different methods to get my tutee to completely understand.

Tutoring Experience

I have carried out lab demonstrations at university which had elements of teaching graduate students and also showing them how to use different equipment in the lab. I have had private tutorial sessions before, teaching private graduate students.
I have had problem solving classes at university where group of students were thought how to solve the problems and tackle different type of questions for their final exam.
I have supervised students for their projects while at university.
I have also invigilated exam sessions at university and can advise on any questions regarding exam sessions (general regulations, etc).

Tutoring Approach

I prefer to have the tutorial sessions face to face. I need to know the subjects you require and what you want covering and I can arrange for that and take it forward from their.
Furthermore, I am happy to carry out conversation sessions for those who require English conversation to further improve their talking & writing skills.
I can also help with writing skills in English and work with individuals on improving their writing skills.
