Saman is kindly tutor, when I saw his ad in the first tutor website, I feel that is the tutor I am looking for. I e-mail him tell him I am using zoom for the online tuition and wanted the tutor also using the zoom for the online tuition, he accept my request, on the first the tuition he was used other software online tuition platform, unfortunately the screen is very small very slow for the 37.50 pounds I paid one hour and half , in returned only 3 calculated questions in the one hour and half lesson. I told him use zoom for the online tuition, If he doesn't have need tell me before the lesson instead of he didn't but I paid.

Thank you for the feeback. Its been such a long time since our sessions and a feedback after such a long time (if i remember correctly, its been over 6 month) is strange.
However, if i may say that online sessions are almost always going to be slower then face to face sessions. Specially when i am trying to make sure that the topic is fully covered and understood. I was supplied with two past papers and you were expecting these to be covered in one session of a 1.5hrs while the actual papers is for that duration.
This is not possible as im trying to cover the topic and not just solve a question.
Also when i emailed and sent an invite for a zooms meeting for our next session i did not receive any replies until the day of our session when you mentioned you wish to go with face to face appointment which due to the distance between us was not practical and you mentioned you had find someone else near by for a face-to-face session.
So i dont find your valued feedback to be covering the full picture of what had gone on.

Thank you for putting me in touch with Sam. I have been very satisfied with the tutoring, and Sam has proved to be reliable and conscientious. He has been flexible in his availability, and willing to accommodate us over half term, and at short notice. I am sure his input has been very beneficial, and would be pleased to ask him to tutor again, should the need arise.

Sam is proving to be a great tutor for my son. My son finds him easy to understand and his lessons are starting to make a real difference. It can be hard to find a tutor who can gel with teenagers but Sam has proven this is not a problem. We are really happy and I would highly recommend Sam to anyone!

The requested subject is very specific and challenging, however Saman's technique and methods of tutoring has made the subject much more tolerable. He gives relevant examples to make understanding of the course effortless. I would recommend him as I am fully satisfied.
