Samantha

Hi, I’m Samantha. I have 2 children and 1 dog and live in London. I am a current Primary School teacher who enjoys fostering a love to learning. I am looking forward to working with some brilliant kids to help boost their confidence and learning too.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught in EYFS, KS1, Lower KS2 and Upper KS2, including Year 6. I have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum, and have achieved great results in the Year 1 Phonics checks and the KS2 SATs. I am also venturing into the 11+ world, as my daughter recently passed the selective Kent test.

Tutoring Approach

Having worked with children across the primary phase, I have adapted my teaching style to suit the individual. I like to develop confidence in one’s own ability and to develop a love of learning which will continue into secondary school and beyond!
