I am a tutor who believe anyone can achieve what they want, no matter what, as long as they are willing to work hard to get there. I am a mum of a 6 year old, very active who keeps me in touch with any current developments in the doll business. I like Geography, clearly, but also love reading fiction and love theatre and movies.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a Geography teacher since 2002 with a great experience in teaching EAL. I have been a teacher in the UK since 2007 in a variety of schools: private, academies, grammar. I have been a head of Geography for 3 years and a national examiner with both Edexcel and AQA for 6 years. I have an excellent track of GCSE and A level results for the students I taught. I had quite a lot of experience with tuition before my daughter was born (6 years ago) but just starting getting back into it.

Tutoring Approach

I believe the tutor is more of a facilitator of learning. I will support you to understand and know how to learn and approach exam questions but you will need to do the hard work.
