My daughter has been seeing Saty for a little while now. Most importantly, she is happy and really looks forward to going and seeing Saty. My daughter genuinely adores her. We have noticed an improvement in my daughter’s approach to work, positivity and resilience with maths and English. I imagine my daughter will be with Saty for her whole school life. We really appreciate the positivity, patience and rewards. Thank you Saty.

Satvinder always preps well for my son's tutoring lesson, providing him with useful advice before, during and at the end of the session. He engages well with his tutor and completes the homework he is set. He is slowing improving in his English grammar, the work set is tailored to improve the areas he is showing weaknesses. My son is finding the sessions very useful and can see the benefit in the short and long term.

Have been pleased with son progress working with Saty over a period of 4 or 5 months now his Maths and English have both improved and his Sats scores are going in the right direction plugging the large gaps in his learning as a consequence of some poor teachers and Covid. Saty always gives lots of encouragement and importantly feedback on things my son still needs to work on with his learning. I would recommend Saty her communications ref leasons and availability have also ways been very good. Wish I had started with her sooner.

Saty has been by far the best decision I have made in reguards to my daughters education. She is wonderfully intune an attentive with every childs needs. Im amazed with the amount of work load she can produce in an hours sitting. She is such a fun lovable tutor who is very focused, passionate and gets results! Saty is a great tutor. She has a very personable approach and makes my children feel at ease. She adjusts the lessons to each child's needs and ability. She provides prompt and helpful feedback and is readily contactable.

My son has settled in well with new tutor Saty. She is ever so kind and attentive and I'm sure she will assist my son with enhancing his skills in literacy and comprehension.

I have been really pleased with Saty from the moment I first interacted with her to organise my son's tuition classes till date. My son is in yr 4 and is learning maths with Saty preparing for 11+. From the first lesson my son felt comfortable and he is a few months in now. He has learnt some new subject areas, gets good practice and I receive regular and helpful feedback on his progress. Saty is very friendly and approachable and always replies in a timely manner to any queries you may have. I 100% recommend her.

My son’s tutoring sessions with Saty went very well. Saty has been tutoring my daughter for the past 3 months. She provides dedicated lesson along exercise. She provides regular feedback after each lesson, identify gaps and try to work on them. She encourage the kid to write independently and to better up levelled sentence. I recommend her as such

Satvinder is a very passionate and hardworking teacher, only if I had found her sooner. I've not had much luck with finding the right tutor for my son, when I found Satvinder I was relieved. The positive feedback on First Tutor really helped me select Satvinder. She is very thorough, she covers every bit of my sons homework and his classwork with him during the lesson, ensuring he's understood what he's been taught. Furthermore after every lesson she does a handover with myself or my husband explaining where he did well, areas he needs to improve on, every detail of his work is covered. When we first started she also identified his gaps in both Maths and English, and ensured they were covered. He is now doing really well in areas he initially struggled in for his Maths. As a parent what really makes me happy is that my son really enjoys his lessons. Overall Satvinder is the right fit for us as a family, as parents we can freely speak to her about any concerns or questions we have, this has not always been the case with his past tutors. Also whenever I drop my son for his lesson Satvinder is always so full of energy and so cheerful. She's one tutor who really enjoys teaching. I would and have recommended Satvinder to other parents.

Satvinder has been very accommodating with her classes for my 8 year old daughter. My daughter has gained confidence with Satvinder and has now started to work independently too. Satvinder is a great tutor and is very positive. Explains what has been taught at the end of every session and works on areas that need improvement. My 8 year old was struggling with english, but Satvinder has really helped her through it. I definitely would recommend Satvinder. Satvinder has been an excellent tutor. She is a great communicator, has been very accommodating and I would highly recommend her to others.

In the short time Satvinder tutored my daughter, I found her to be punctual, polite and knowledgeable in the subject matters (English and Maths Year 5).
She was able to assess my daughter's ability and gaps with accuracy, as this was how I had assessed my daughter myself, so it was a good sign that Satvinder could pick this up with the small amount of time she spent with her. I think only someone quite experienced would be able to do this.
The lessons were then prepared to the appropriate skill level, with an emphasis on repetition, which I believe is particularly important with Maths (Year 5).
All in all, Satvinder is a great all rounder if you need to give your child a boost in Maths/English, especially during the current situation with schools closed.

Saty has been tutoring my 10 year old daughter for a few months now to help her fill in gaps and get on track with maths and literacy ready for any Autumn exams we may wish her to sit. Given the lockdown and home schooling situation Saty's calm, methodical approach with lots of positive feedback has worked very well and has helped my daughter stay on top of schoolwork given the lack of live teaching lessons. Saty sends out session work the day before and sets homework which is marked with my daughter. A clear and well organised system that has worked well. Would highly recommend.

Saty is a great tutor, during lockdown my 9 year old son started online tuition. My son’s confidence has decreased since school closed in March. However Saty is helping him boost his confidence back up and is working along with him in his pace. My son is feeling much more confident and more ambitious again. Saty provides a structured tutoring approach and gives feedback to us after every session which we find very useful.

It is still early stages to comment on a child's progress, but I am happy with Saty as a personality.

I am 10 years old and I have been working with Satvinder for only a short time, but I have learnt a lot.

So happy we got Satvinder as a tutor for our daughter for the past few days. We did not realise that she has started to forget much of the schoolwork she knew before the lock-down and despite doing homework at home, Satvinder discovered some gaps in her understanding of the level of work required. We can see so much improvement even after only a few sessions- it has made a tremendous difference. It also helps that as a parent I am not the only ‘teacher’ at this point. Really pleased with the progress my daughter has made with Saty so far. She’s only been going to her since the summer and the feedback from her parents evening a few weeks ago where she normally would struggle with Maths was that she was doing so well on her Maths. Wonderful first session. My daughter really enjoyed the range of work and is looking forward to going back. Feedback at the end of the session to parents is excellent as well as providing detail (teaching examples) of what support we can give at home to help child’s learning.

Satvinder is a fantastic teacher and is very passionate about teaching and learning. She has a great rapport with my three children and delivers outstanding lessons which are both fun, interactive and very engaging. My daughter was falling behind in English reading on his SAT's tests. I felt I needed to help her as she was getting stressed and anxious so I looked into first tutors website and after telephone conversation with Saty's, she's very friendly and helpful. Saty has been supporting my Son for a few months now and she has really helped him to develop his understanding of the Curriculum he is learning at School.
She is also helping him prepare for his 11+ exam and supporting him with the areas he needs to cover for this. She is always available if we have any questions as well as offering support with any learning we complete at home.

Saty has been teaching my grandaughter for the last 6 months. She is very patient adaapting her teaching to support her learning, praising when praise is due which has resulted in a noticeable differnce in my grandaughters confidence, but more importantly she really enjoys her session. Only been sending my daughter to Satvinder for a few weeks at present but so far so good. Text reminder before first few lessons which is always welcomed and helpful in identifying the areas that our child needs to work on. She seems to be able to manage quite a lot of ground in the 1 hour slot. Hope to increase that soon.
