Sean was a fantastic tutor!
We started using him when the pandemic began and schools were closed. We were initially concerned about online, however Sean had a great set up for this.
After using Sean, my son’s confidence grew and his exam results increased and he began to score highly in his tests and then predicted grade exams.
Sean made his A Level Latin lessons much more interesting and enjoyable and easier to learn than when he was at school.
Due to all the help you gave him, and consequently the high grade he achieved, he has now happily gone off to his first choice University!
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Latin tutor.

Sean is one of the best tutor I have ever had, his experience in both Latin and Greek make him extremely learned in his classical knowledge and I have benefited greatly under him. I would recommend him to anyone who would want to learn both Latin or Greek at a high level.

My husband and I have been learning Latin with Sean since December 2018. He is a wonderful teacher who has got a vast knowledge about history, politics, Ancient Greek and Classical Latin and who even understands the grammar of Slavic languages. Sean explains well the context of Latin texts that we are translating and is patient and thorough. At the same time, he motivates us
by choosing texts which are increasingly difficult to translate.

I am really enjoying learning Ancient Greek, and Sean 's teaching style of diving straight into texts, highlighting and reinforcing grammatical points, has played an important role in this. He is very punctual and has an excellent knowledge of the Classical Era. He is extremely approachable and helpful and I would highly recommend him to those interested in learning Classical languages.

I feel Sean is a very dedicated tuition tutor. He has taken the time outside tuition hours to find and prepare lessons specifically for my daughter. Sean has been tutoring my daughter for the last 5 months, he is now putting together mock exams which he also prepares and marks outside tuition hours.

I would also like to add. My daughter has learning disabilities/dyspraxia. Her main struggle is running out of time during the exam. My daughter has had many tuition tutors, Sean was the first one to explain how learning to type and using a keyboard properly could help her. I'm very impressed.

Sean very quickly gained my sons trust and has made excellent progress in a short period of time. Highly recommended.
