I provide Mathematics (GCSE-PhD), Statistics (A level-Degree) and MATLAB (A level-PhD) tuition to anyone. Completed a PhD in Computational Biology in 2019 after finishing a MSc in Applied Mathematics with distinction in 2015 and a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing with a First Class Honours.

Tutoring Experience

I am currently a Skills for Success Lecturer at the University of Essex providing tutorials and assistance to teaching material for Mathematics and Statistics in different fields. I also deliver lectures and workshops on Mathematics, Statistics and Digital Skills for undergraduate and postgraduate students on different disciplines. Previously, I was a part time Lecturer at University of Greenwich and Systems Engineer at General Electric (GE). In the past I have mentored many fellow students in Mathematics during college, BSc, MSc and PhD. Students I have mentored, successfully completed their degrees and now following successful careers. Although I major in applied mathematics, I can also provide help programming in MATLAB, R, python, VBA and Microsoft SQL Queries especially when solving numerical or statistical problems.

Tutoring Approach

I am very passionate about studying and applying Mathematics to different fields. I have enjoyed mentoring my fellow students during my college and BSc degree. I am very patient with my students since I believe every student learn differently. Therefore, I try my best to accommodate for their needs by implementing the most suitable pedagogical approaches.
