I am a qualified science teacher currently working at a secondary school. I can teach all three sciences and maths at GCSE and chemistry at A' level.
I have an excellent pass rate for the 11+ entrance exam especially the BRGS exam.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked at secondary schools for many years and have experience with the new (9-1) specification. Having a vast academic record myself and being an examiner for both Edexcel and AQA marking science scripts, I have exceptional skills in exam techniques.

Tutoring Approach

I use an approach where I will adapt the pace and assessment according to the student. I am able to differentiate the work in order to maximise the student's learning potential and outcomes. I have supported many pupil's to achieve or excel their desired targets.

Having a strong technical background I am able to facilitate online lessons to make them as or more beneficial than even face-t-face lessons. I moved to online teaching with many of my students during covid and most of them preferred the online lessons and felt that they were more effective.

I do however have an office to work from if students would like face to face lessons and are able to make the commute to Rochdale.
