I am Shakib. I have been described by tutees as motivational, experienced, patient and friendly. I have experience in tutoring for over six years and have a 100% satisfaction from my tutees. I am very passionate about the subjects I teach, and I really enjoy working with children and young adults. I am a qualified teacher and I work in a secondary school. I am a GCSE and A-level examiner so I know exactly how to help your child succeed and ace their exams.

Tutoring Experience

Graduating with a First Class honors degree in Medical Science hopefully demonstrated my passion for Science and Maths. It is this passion I always try to instil in every student that I teach and to the give the motivation and drive to be successful in whichever path they wish to lead. My aim is to provide a tailored, understanding and supportive approach towards the subjects I teach and I always bring positivity and enthusiasm, which a vital key in successful learning.

I teach Science KS2, KS3, KS4, KS5 (Biology and Chemistry)

I teach GCSE,IGCSE, Triple award and I have experience across all exam boards.

I have hundreds of hours of teaching and tutoring experience in a number of different areas, although I specialize in Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics), Maths and English.

Tutoring Approach

My tutoring is always tailored to suit the individual needs and expectations. I always try to improve the weaknesses of the student by tackling each topic with them one step at a time and I make sure that I work at the correct pace for them. During my lessons I always allow the student to ask me questions about the topics I teach and I believe this makes the teaching experience more lively and enjoyable.
