Tutoring Experience
Doctorate in chemistry and Over 18yrs tutoring experience and 16yrs teaching in schools. SQA Higher Chemistry marker. I have been tutoring since 2006 and have taught over 100 private tutees. All my students have passed with impressive grades with a large number of A grades. I also have written an Advanced Higher book for Hodder and Gibson, How to pass Advanced Higher Chemistry. I am currently a teacher at a small private school. Previous 6 years experience at largest private school in Aberdeen.
Tutoring Approach
A friendly and relaxed approach to tutoring focusing on the areas pupils find difficult in chemistry such as bonding and calculations.I prefer online tutoring as this allows the most effective use of my available time. However, I also allow tutoring from my home.
