I am a recent graduate with a Master's in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Surrey, where I achieved First-Class Honours. With a strong background in chemistry, maths, and engineering, I have a passion for teaching and mentoring students at various levels. I also have extensive experience working in team environments, both academically and professionally, and take pride in helping others reach their full potential.
I have experience teaching and mentoring in various settings, including Sunday School, football coaching, and project leadership during my degree. I have successfully helped younger students understand complex topics by breaking them down into manageable steps. My academic background in chemical engineering has equipped me with deep knowledge in chemistry and maths, which I now apply in my tutoring sessions.
My teaching approach is highly personalised and student-focused. I believe in breaking down difficult concepts into smaller, understandable parts, and using real-life examples to make subjects relatable. I encourage active participation, asking students to explain their thought processes to reinforce understanding. My goal is to not only help students improve their grades but also to instil confidence in their learning abilities.
