I am an experienced CELTA English tutor, having tutored at all levels - A1 to C1 Professional English for Business. I am also a B2 level in Spanish, therefore can tutor beginner to upper intermediate levels in Spanish. I am fully invested in making sure every lesson is of high quality, covering all aspects of the English language but also focusing on creating a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Tutoring Experience

I am an experienced English as an Additional Language (EAL) tutor with a proven track record of supporting learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds in both academic and everyday contexts. My teaching experience spans Coventry University in the UK, private language schools in Spain, and one-to-one tuition delivered both online and in person.

At Coventry University, I worked with international students to improve their academic English, supporting them with writing, reading comprehension, presentation skills, and academic vocabulary development. In Spain, I have taught learners of all ages, from school pupils to working professionals, focusing on practical communication skills, exam preparation, and confidence building in real-life situations.

My lessons are interactive, supportive, and personalised to each learner’s needs, combining clear explanations with engaging activities. I integrate all four skills — speaking, listening, reading, and writing — while weaving in vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation naturally.

I am passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that empowers students to progress quickly, gain confidence, and enjoy their language-learning journey.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching style aims to elicit what you already know, then work together to build on your knowledge, with my aim to always structure my lessons around what you want to focus on whether this is grammar, pronunciation, tone or culture. If you are not sure what your aims are, we can discuss together and find a strategy that is best for you in improving your language skills.
I believe incorporating real life is key to learning languages, therefore lesson will always cover cultural aspects and build you your ability to use the language in context for example recognising the appropriate tone in different situations and how to use language, body language and facial expressions to create the impression of a native!
