My name is Sriyani. I am a recently retired University Academic Manager in the Northeast of England, a PhD Chemist and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, who loves teaching. Since my retirement, I started tutoring A level students online and the monies earned will be sent to education charities globally. This way I get to enjoy my teaching, providing a service to young chemists in the UK and benefit many undergraduate medical students from developing countries who rely on external funding to continue their studies.
I am a highly qualified, experienced, A level (FE College) and University teacher with over 30+ years of experience. I have also taught on teacher training courses in the University.
My approach to teaching is to use interactive, learner-centred methods and making difficult concepts quite simple so that students can actually enjoy the subject by gaining a strong foundation in basics.
