I am an experienced English teacher who has been in Leadership for the past 10 years. I am very passionate about both English Language and Literature and love working with young people to get the best out of them and to inspire both a love for learning and a love of the subject.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching English for 14 years and have been an Assistant Headteacher for the past 6 years. I absolutely love my job and cannot think of a better thing to do.

Tutoring Approach

I endeavour to coach students in their areas of development through a friendly and supportive medium. Students will have the opportunity to improve their understanding of the subject, both in terms of content and skill, looking closely at exam technique, where necessary.
